Fremont, California – Splan today announced it has received LenelS2 factory certification and joined the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP). Splan Visitor Management interfaces with the OnGuard® access control system and enables pre-registered visitors to receive a fast, convenient and secure experience upon their arrival and departure from an OnGuard-secured facility. Trusted visitors can obtain an approved, secure credential during their visit that provides clear identification and defined access to permitted areas, turnstiles and elevators.
"Splan has completed required factory testing at LenelS2 to validate the functionality of its interface to the OnGuard system. Splan users now can provide an enhanced access control provisioning process for employees, contractors and visitors to our security-conscious customers’ facilities," said John Marchioli, OAAP Product Management, LenelS2. "We look forward to their continued involvement in the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program."
"The LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance certification is an important milestone in the development of our solution and a testament to its scalability. Users will be pleased with the simplicity this experience provides their staff and visitors and the enhanced access control provisioning process that also reduces their risk," stated Madhu Gourineni, CEO of Splan.
