Splan is looking for a Lead Generation Manager – Global Markets to build and scale a high-performing pipeline generation engine across regions. This role will own inbound and outbound lead generation, campaign execution, and funnel optimization to drive qualified pipeline for enterprise sales.
You will work closely with Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality leads, measurable ROI, and predictable pipeline growth.
Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation programs (digital, paid media, email, webinars, outbound)
Drive pipeline across North America, EMEA, and APAC
Optimize campaigns for MQL, SQL, and pipeline conversion
Own inbound lead generation through SEO, SEM, website, and content marketing
Manage landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead capture strategies
Partner with content and digital teams to improve engagement and conversion rates
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for target enterprise accounts
Work with SDR/BDR teams on outbound prospecting strategies
Build targeted campaigns aligned with industry verticals and buyer personas
Collaborate with partners such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft
Execute joint demand generation and co-marketing campaigns
Leverage partner ecosystems for lead amplification
Track and report on lead generation performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Manage marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
5–10 years in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and revenue impact
Experience managing global campaigns across multiple regions
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and funnel optimization
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
Deep understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing
Ability to align marketing efforts with sales goals
Experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent data tools
Experience working with partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs
Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per opportunity
MQL → SQL → pipeline conversion rates
Campaign ROI and channel performance
Global lead volume and quality
