Splan Regional Account Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Job Description :

Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets. Driving new product sales through the Splan Partner Channel.


Responsibilities :

  • Driving new product sales through our Channel Partner Program.
  • Identifying and evaluating the client’s needs through a consultative sales process
  • Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings per month through different sources including Partner leads, inside sales leads, web leads, etc.
  • Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Working with Splan Channel Partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned territory
  • Working with Splan Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness
  • Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
  • Documenting forecast, plans, activities and potential opportunities accurately in the CRM system

Responsibilities :

  • Around 8 to 12 yrs. of product development experience in Java / J2ee / Springs / Hibernate.
  • Responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group or client needs
  • Define and analyze key product data sets to understand customer & product behavior
  • Recommend product changes like user journeys, user experience and user interactions
  • Work closely with development team (Project manager and developers) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.
  • Design product metrics and assessment mechanisms to connect business outcomes
  • Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis

Security Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for assisting team efforts to maintain and automate application security and DevOps tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams in identifying and building solutions to secure code.
  • Perform periodic risk assessments & reviews to assess security vulnerabilities & identify the best way to reduce information security risks.
  • Analyze system changes to ensure compliance with established polices, and identify policy and legal changes that will necessitate changes to internal systems.
  • Possess the ability to discuss and present technical solutions to all levels of the business.
  • Ability to lead development group discussions on vulnerability mitigation, good coding practices, and security risks.
  • Familiarity with application security testing tools.
  • Familiarity with development processes such as Agile or Scrum.

Splan needs a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who knows how to balance going fast and going big with operating safely. Our mission is to progress, protect, and provide for the software and systems behind all Splan’s cloud services with an ever-watchful eye on their availability, latency, performance, and capacity. DevOps and CI/CD, SRE is a mindset of engineering approaches which focuses on building the highly reliable systems and eliminate work through automation in executing, testing and rolling out solutions to production.


Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a range of digital marketing channels/platforms, including website management, landing page creation, digital paid media and copywriting. The marketing specialist must be an organized multi-tasker, able to handle many diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines and effectively help scale our paid marketing efforts. Responsibilities :

  • Assist in day-to-day management of the Splan website through our CMS.
  • Help with identifying and implementing optimization opportunities for the website, landing pages, and various paid programs.
  • Work with various stakeholders on digital media campaigns to assist with achieving goals such as awareness, education and conversions.
  • Help with content creation and optimization of digital assets, internally or through agency partners.
  • Conduct campaign analysis, identify trends, develop test plans, and effectively act on insights for KPI's including user acquisition.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
