Splan is looking for a Marketing & Digital Experience Manager to lead digital marketing, brand experience, and demand generation initiatives. This role will own Splan’s end-to-end digital presence—from website and campaigns to content, SEO, tradeshows/events, and conversion optimization.
You will play a key role in building a modern, high-impact digital experience that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across enterprise buyers and partners.
Own and continuously optimize Splan’s website for user experience, storytelling, and conversion
Manage site architecture, landing pages, and campaign microsites
Drive SEO/SEM strategy to improve organic visibility and inbound traffic
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ABM, email, paid media, social)
Partner with sales to drive pipeline generation and account-based marketing (ABM)
Optimize lead funnel performance (MQL → SQL → pipeline)
Develop compelling content including thought leadership, blogs, case studies, and product messaging
Elevate Splan’s brand positioning in PIAM, Agentic AI Physical Security, Mobile Credentials and security convergence
Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate with industry leading partners in Identity and Access Management, Physical Access Control Systems and channel partners on joint GTM campaigns
Support co-marketing initiatives with GSIs like Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, Convergint, Sage, Securitas etc
Drive partner-led awareness and co-branded digital programs
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website metrics, and ROI
Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and user journeys
Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations
Support major industry events (e.g., ISC West) with digital campaigns and follow-ups
Drive webinars, podcasts, virtual events, and online engagement programs
5–10 years in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech
Proven track record of driving digital demand generation and pipeline growth
Experience managing websites, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and buyer journeys
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to blend creative storytelling with data-driven execution
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, physical security and AI
Familiarity with partner marketing and alliance ecosystems
Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and personalization strategies
Website traffic growth and conversion rates
Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
Campaign ROI and cost per lead (CPL)
SEO rankings and inbound lead growth
Engagement metrics across digital channels
