Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Own the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered security convergence, spanning IAM, physical access control, video surveillance, facial recognition, and mobile credentialing.

• Drive the integration of these systems into a unified threat monitoring platform.

AI & Threat Intelligence

• Lead initiatives to apply machine learning for anomaly detection, identity risk scoring, and predictive security alerts across multiple security data streams.

• Ensure AI algorithms optimize incident detection and automated remediation for both physical and cyber threats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, AI/ML teams, security architects, and customer success to deliver advanced threat monitoring features.

• Work closely with integration teams to enable seamless connections with enterprise IAM, video management, and access control systems.

Customer & Market Focus

• Engage with security leaders across critical infrastructure, corporate, healthcare, and education to understand converged threat monitoring needs.

• Track evolving trends in AI, identity security, video analytics, and mobile credential adoption.

Product Execution

• Define and prioritize product requirements for multi-domain AI threat monitoring dashboards, forensic investigation tools, and automated compliance reporting.

• Oversee delivery, testing, and optimization of features that span cyber, physical, and operational technology domains.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 - 8 years of product management in enterprise SaaS, security convergence, or AI-powered threat detection.

• Strong understanding of IAM, access control, video surveillance, and biometric/facial recognition systems.

• Experience with AI/ML models for anomaly detection, behavior analysis, and real-time alerts.

• Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

• Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

• Agile development experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
