Role Overview

Splan is seeking a Program Manager / Scrum Master – Product Engineering to drive execution excellence across multiple product initiatives. This role will be responsible for agile delivery, program coordination, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, product management, and design teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of complex SaaS and AI-driven products, while fostering a culture of agility, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Ensure teams follow Agile best practices and continuous improvement

  • Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver efficiently

Program & Release Management

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple product initiatives and releases

  • Define program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones

  • Coordinate across distributed teams (India, US, and global teams)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Design

  • Align priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure clear communication

  • Drive alignment between business goals and engineering execution

Metrics & Execution Excellence

  • Track and report on key metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, release predictability)

  • Improve delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability

  • Implement best practices for Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows

Risk & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

  • Communicate program status to leadership and stakeholders

  • Ensure transparency and accountability across teams

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead

  • Proven experience in SaaS product engineering environments

  • Experience managing distributed/global teams

Skills

  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and program management methodologies

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in AI/ML, SaaS platforms, or enterprise security products

  • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)

  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures
