Role Overview

Splan is seeking a Sales Manager – APAC to lead regional revenue growth, customer acquisition, and partner expansion across Asia-Pacific. Based in Hyderabad, this role will be responsible for building and scaling Splan’s presence across key APAC markets including India, Southeast Asia, ANZ, and the Middle East.

This is a foundational role with the opportunity to build the region from the ground up—driving direct sales, partner-led growth, and strategic enterprise relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
  • Own and deliver APAC revenue targets and pipeline growth

  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts

  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles across industries


Market Development
  • Build Splan’s presence across India, ASEAN, ANZ, and the Middle East

  • Identify target industries (IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Critical Infrastructure)

  • Develop localized GTM strategies aligned with regional market dynamics


Channel & Partner Ecosystem
  • Build and manage relationships with regional partners and SI’s and technology vendors in identity & access management and physical access control systems.

  • Collaborate with global partners like Convergint, Securitas, Siemens, Lenel, Honeywell, Accenture and Capgemini

  • Drive partner-led pipeline and co-sell opportunities


Strategic Accounts & Enterprise Selling
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and Heads of Security/Facilities

  • Position Splan as a strategic platform for PIAM and security convergence

  • Lead executive-level discussions and contract negotiations


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Marketing on regional campaigns and events

  • Partner with Product and Engineering on local requirements and feedback

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong adoption and expansion


Qualifications

Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales in Physical Security, cybersecurity, IAM, or B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in APAC markets

  • Experience selling into large enterprises and managing complex deals


Skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, IAM, or access management

  • Deep knowledge of APAC market dynamics and buying behaviors

  • Ability to build and scale partner ecosystems

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence


Preferred
  • Experience in PIAM, PACS, or security convergence platforms

  • Existing relationships with GSIs and enterprise customers in APAC

  • Experience working with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta
