Employees and Lobby Ambassadors can access the Deliveries module through our self-service kiosks, SignInEasy App and web portal providing an easy to use, seamless experience.
Lobby Ambassadors can use the Splan web application and SignInEasy app to log employees' package status. Employees can use their access to the visitor app on the self-service kiosks, to track and manage their deliveries.
The Deliveries dashboard provides the Lobby Ambassador with an overview of received packages and their status per day. Real time status tracking enables a smooth hand-over and pickup of delivered packages.
