Role Overview

Splan is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations for customers across North America. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure successful delivery of PIAM and Visitor Management projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously
  • Create project plans, timelines, and deployment schedules
  • Coordinate implementation teams, partners, and customers
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings
  • Track milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables
  • Manage customer communications throughout implementation
  • Ensure successful deployment and user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate integrations with access control systems
  • Facilitate training sessions and project handover
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of project management experience
  • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • PMP certification preferred

Preferred

  • Experience with Physical Security, Access Control, Identity Management, or Enterprise Software
  • Experience working with global implementation teams
