Role Overview

The Implementation Engineer will deploy, configure, and integrate Splan's Physical Identity and Visitor Management platform for enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Splan applications based on customer requirements
  • Deploy cloud and on-premise solutions
  • Integrate with access control systems including LenelS2, Genetec, Gallagher, and HID
  • Configure workflows, identity policies, and automation rules
  • Support API integrations with HR, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise applications
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting
  • Deliver technical documentation
  • Train customers during implementation
  • Support production go-live activities
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of implementation or technical consulting experience
  • Experience with enterprise software deployment
  • Understanding of REST APIs, SSO, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • SQL knowledge
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with PACS integrations
  • Experience with Identity Management or Visitor Management platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and networking fundamentals
