Role Overview

Splan is looking for a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for AI-powered Physical Identity, Visitor Management, Workforce Identity, and Workplace Experience solutions. You will work closely with engineering, customers, partners, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative enterprise products.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap
  • Gather customer and market requirements
  • Prioritize features based on business value
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and Customer Success
  • Drive sprint planning and product releases
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Define product positioning with Marketing
  • Measure product success using KPIs
  • Work with enterprise customers to validate new features

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to write detailed product specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM)
  • Visitor Management Systems
  • Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Physical Security or Cybersecurity solutions
  • AI-enabled enterprise software
  • Experience with integrations involving access control, HR systems, and identity platforms
